Item Description
Powellilte is the rarest and most desirable mineral from the famed basalts of the Deccan Traps of India. It is obvious from its tetragonal form that it resembles its far more plentiful relation, scheelite. This fine and classic thumbnail crystal has adamantine luster, well-striated faces and pretty, translucent, honey-brown color. White fluorescence.
