Item Description
A 9 mm rosette of pearlescent brown hexagonal polylithionite plates is aesthetically set on the "wing" of the sculptural combination of opposing clusters of parallel-growth of lustrous, black aegirine blades frozen in a jackstraw matrix of pearlescent natrolite crystals. The aegirines reach 4.4 cm. Polylithionite is a rare Lithium-rich Mica Group species, with some of the finest examples coming from this world famous quarry. Choice, rare, showy and excellent combination material from the Josef Vajdak Collection .
