Item Description
Pollucite is a rare Zeolite Group species actually, though most people assume it was related to the other pegmatite gem minerals found with it. It is very rare in fine large, sharp crystals like this except from this one area in Afghanistan where they trickle ut over the years. Still, a crystal like this is a rarity. This is a sharp, flattened, trigonal crystal with luster, translucence and white color. Complete all-around and pristine. Choice and rare material from the Marty Zinn Collection (sold about ten years ago now). valued $1250
