A old-time, rare polished slab of rhodonite from the Ural Mountains of Russia. The rhodonite has a striking seams of manganese oxides and beautiful rich pink color. This material was used exclusively for the Czars. Very seldom available in this old-time quality. This slab certainly dates to Imperial Russia and is at least 100 years old.
