Item Description
A classic and beautiful, polished rhodochrosite nodule from Capillitas. This was the end of a large stalactite. The striking banding, wonderful hues from light salmon-pink to rich rose-red and dramatic multiple cores really accentuate this fine specimen. This was cut from a pocket of stalactites of large size found in 1988-1989. 271 grams.
