Polished Malachite stalactites "eyes" slice

Striking intergrown sliced and polished malachite stalactites from 1970s or 80s finds at the famous copper mines of Kolwezi. The impressive pair have dense colorful multi-hued green banding that surrounds the dramatic cores of the stalactites. One stalactite has two fantastic "eyes", while the other has a very large oval "eye" with striking pits. The partially chipped outer rim on both stalactites is certainly only a modest detraction. A classic and amazingly artistic intergrown sliced pair of malachite stalactites.
