Item Description
A beautiful and very showy specimen of polished solid lazurite "Lapis Lazuli" from the Type Locality in Afghanistan. The gorgeous, azure-blue lazurite is beautifully accented with parallel veinlets containing bright, brassy, pyrite crystals and calcite. Striking, indeed!! We usually don't purchase these, but we couldn't resist the high quality and color of the lazurite and specimen form. 237 grams.
