Item Description

This pretty teardrop-shaped sliced and polished agate nodule from Mongolia has an unusual and uncommon multi-hued layered pattern. Most Mongolia agates have the typical concentric banding of most agates. The artistic layers have blues, grays, whites and even a layer of sparkly brown. From a Czech collection with a 1983 date. RARE material for the locale.
