Item Description

Classic material from the now famous discovery at the Yangshuo Mine featuring wonderfully cavernous / skeletal crystals of green Pyromorphite which have been partially pseudomorphed by sky blue Plumbogummite. The largest crystal measures 2.3 cm. Only very minor damage, and rather showy. These specimens seemed to have quickly disappeared from the market, and if you're a collector of Chinese minerals, secondary ore minerals, or just pseudomorphs, you NEED to have one of these in your collection. Unique material, and just one of the many examples of the fantastic minerals to come out of China in the last 15 years or so.
