Item Description
A superb small cabinet plumbogummite specimen, notable for its rich color, completeness all around, and 3-dimensional form. It is a rich specimen with a velvety look to it. It has very nice "fingers" representing mimetite crystals that are coated, and partially pseudomorphed to plumbogummite. The Yangshuo Mine is on the other side of the mountain from the Daoping Mine, source of most of the Chinese pyromorphite. From a small 2005 find. This would be worth a fortune, if it was Cumbria, England. Ex Brent Lockhart Collection. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base, valued at $150 for free.
