Item Description
Array of 1-2 mm Platinum nuggets from the classic Platinum deposits of Alaska. Platinum nuggets such as these, and their larger cousins, were collected in the last century. Goodnews Bay was an uncommon locality, so the rarity of the Platinum and their venerable age make any preserved Platinum from there noteworthy. 9.6 carats in weight, or about 2 grams...surprisingly heavy due to the high mass of platinum, for some small bits!
