Pink Fluorite with Chlorite on Albite

Pink Fluorites are the holy grail among Fluorites, and the Alpine pinks are the ones most sought after. This very fine miniature has a well-defined, 1 cm pink octahedron growing atop another, larger Fluorite. There are also several gemmy pink Fluorites coated by microcrystals of green Chlorite. All is on Albite matrix. On the reverse side are several smaller, very gemmy and lustrous pink Fluorite octahedrons. An excellent example of the great pink Fluorites, and a very good combination piece, as well.
