Item Description

There is no doubt that Swiss Pink Fluorites are a holy grail to many collectors, not just limited to Fluorite collectors, so to have a quality small cabinet matrix piece come available is notable. The Fluorites attach attractively near the termination of the lustrous, partially gemmy Quartz crystal. Each Fluorite is an unusual, soft pastel-pink, with the largest 1.3 cm crystal having a noticably richer and deeper pink core. Swiss pinks are more rare that their cousins from the French Alps, so that adds even more to the mystique of this aesthetic and engaging piece. Excellent fluoresence, which also emphasizes the fact that the white coating on the Quartz below the main Fluorite crystals is also composed of micro-Fluorites, itself. Overall a gorgeous classic for this material.
