Item Description

Gorgeous, translucent, rich pink, fluorite octahedrons with frosted faces are festooned on the top of the large gneiss matrix. The octos reach 8 mm and the pink color saturation is riveting. This less well-known Swiss locale has produced a smattering of exceptional fluorite specimens and this is a very fine and rich example. Moderate purple fluorescence. From an East Coast collection. Valued at $1750-2000 and worth it for color, quality and rich crystallization.
