Phosphosiderite with Strengite and Beraunite (rare)

Item Description

A beautiful rare phosphate association specimen from one of the most classic phosphate localities in Europe and the world for that matter. Over 225 minerals have been found at both of the Hagendorf North and South Pegmatites in Bavaria combined, and as of the time of this posting, all of the Hagendorf is the type locality for 34 different species! This beautiful combo piece hosts pinkish-brown colored bladed crystals of Phosphosiderite sitting atop lovely purple "balls" of Strengite, with small golden-brown colored "sprays" of Beraunite on matrix. We've photographed the piece with a Canon MP-E 65 mm macro lens to better illustrate their quality and beauty. These are rare on the market, and a must-have for any rarities or micro collector, especially if you love Hagendorf material.
