Item Description

Sharp phosgenite crystals are RARE from this famous locale. Two sharply terminated, intergrown crystals have high luster, translucence and fine smoky color. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. Contacting is noted, but there is very little bruising. A showy and excellent example of this rare species from this noted locale. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection and acquired at the 1984 AFMS/CFMS Show in San Diego. A must for the locality or species collector. Variable yellow fluorescence.
