Exceptional, super sharp old-time Mica from this long extinct Ontario, Canada Apatite and Mica mine. This impressive antique is 100 years old or older. The Phlogopite has striking elongated textbook thick hexagonal form. The different pearlescent lustre of the two faces is breathtaking and the embedded matrix adds much character. Specimens from this locality are RARE and are seldom on the market. From an East Coast collection. A must for the species or locality collector.
