Item Description

Collected in the 1960's, this is an excellent, modified book of classic golden Phlogopite, from Madagascar. The modified hexagonal shape is interesting and attractive, and the book is so thick at 0.5 cm that you don't realize just how golden this Mica really is. Unusual and aesthetic, you don't see many like this anymore, especially for its age, from the pegmatites at Antanimora Sud. ex George Elling Collection.
