Item Description
An attractive toenail sized granitic pegmatite association specimen from the famous Klein Spitzkopje mountain featuring many excellent, sharp, well-formed, gemmy, colorless, prismatic trigonal crystals of Phenakite measuring up to 7 mm sitting on beige colored Microcline matrix. The Phenakite crystals are very fun to view up close. They remind me of the old classic Phenakites from Mt. Antero, Colorado. From the collection of Shields Flynn.
