Item Description
Phenakite is uncommon beryllium silicate found in granite pegmatite and schists and is well-known from this former Nevada Be-F-W mine. Lustrous, translucent, sharp, prismatic, trigonal crystals to 1.0 cm are richly and aesthetically clustered on the pegmatite matrix. Older material from the 1970s or earlier. Comes with a Bart Cannon label.
