Item Description

A water-clear quartz crystal is strikingly included on one side with a distinctive phantom of angled, spearpoint-shaped, iron oxides. The crystal has an unusually steep and complex termination. This showy and uncommon quartz is from an obscure Arkansas locale, but is well-known among locals for producing phantom quartz. Complete all-around. One lower side is contacted, but has no damage, per se and the bit of termination edge wear has no or negligible impact, depending on display view. The prism faces really enhance the optical effects of the angled phantom! A very nifty quartz specimen.
