Phantom Fluorite w/ Quartz & Tetrahedrite

Pretty violet densely intergrown fluorite cubes, to 5 mm, are aesthetically set on the matrix plate and are nicely accented with a few quartz needles and scattered tetrahedrite crystals on this rich, showy and excellent small cabinet combination plate from the famed Sweet Home Mine. The cubes have very interesting preferential frosted fluorite overgrowths creating phantoms, that add much pizzazz. Moderate purple fluorescence. The former dealer has a $300 price on the label on the base (it is probably from the late 1990s or early 2000s). A fine and rich fluorite combination from this famed locale with excellent fluorites. Rare on the market.
