Phantom Fluorite w/ Quartz

Item Description

Beautiful, deceptively subtle and aesthetic intergrown matrix fluorite cubes from the famous Yaogangxian Mine, with incredible color! You see faint hints under normal light, but back lighting reveals striking large interior cubic phantoms and pretty violet edge phantoms to the rich blue very glassy gem cubes. The impresssive stacked crystal cluster is 3.3 x 2.9 x 2.2 cm. The cubes are very nearly pristine, with only one very trivial corner ding. The fluorites are artistically set in the granular quartz matrix dramatically accented with quartz points. The unknown green microcrystalline coatings (amphiboles?) are a nice and rare contrast to this very sculptural and classic combination from this noted locale. A sa bonus, you get some Purple fluorescence. This is an oddity from 2020 finds.
