Item Description

Each of the three aesthetically clustered and unusually colored transparent fluorite cubes has gorgeous sea-green color with frosted and water-clear faces. The pristine trio of large cubes have remarkable white interior phantoms with the large cube being 3.5 x 3.4 x 3.3 cm. The striking trio is beautifully set on the large sculptural undulating plate of sparkly druzy quartz and nicely complemented by the trio of smaller fluorite cubes. This amazing piece is from a 2020 find at the famous Yaogangxian Mine, a mine that produces a variety of fluorite specimens in a seemingly inexhaustible variety of colors. And yet, this is something new and different, even after all these years of watching the location! Sparkly granular Pyrite is richly peppered on the back side of the piece, as a bonus. Bright purple LW UV fluorescence! The sea-green color leaps out at you and the subtle interior phantoms really enhance the piece. Valued at $1000.
