Item Description
A striking and most unusual calcite combination specimen from the Denton Mine, well-known for excellent calcite specimens. The scalenohedron has a large gray phantom and is studded at the termination and on the sides with gemmy, amber, complex rhombs. A blade and fragments of purple fluorite are fine accents to this impressive and rare, 360-degree combination piece. Complete all-around and in great shape. The rhombs at the tip have very trivial bruising and the periphery wear at the base is certainly not a detraction. Choice and rare combination material from this classic locale and the Bob Trimingham Collection.
