A wonderful piece of petrified wood from Madagascar. The internal apperance shows the organic structure replaced by colored rock. The outer "rind" is nearly complete all the way around, and the piece is only polished on one side An unusual and beautiful mix of brown, golds, dark blues, peach and cream colors can be seen throughout. To top it off, the piece shows some brilliant multicolor fluorescence under SW UV light!
