Item Description

Petalite is a fairly rare lithium aluminum silicate, and occasionally gemmy crystals like this are found among the beautiful Tourmalines for which Paprok is known. This particular Petalite is large, semi-lustrous and notably etched on the surface, but easily retains the overall crystal habit. The color is a pale beige hue. Complete-all-around, and an excellent example of the species. There are spots around the edges that are clean enough to cut a few nice gemstones. Priced at $1900 for the size.
