A nice three piece set of sharp, well-formed, orthorhombic (pseudo-cuboctahedral) jet black crystals of the calcium titanium oxide, Perovskite from the famous locality at Magnet Cove, Arkansas. These are some of the most well known examples of Perovskite from the United States along with specimens from San Benito County, California. The crystals measure from 0.6 x 0.5 x 0.4 cm up to 0.8 x 0.7 x 0.6 cm, and are accompanied by an old label that was unfortunately split in half due to being folded for a long period of time. From an old East Coast collection, these are hard to find on the market now, and this set is a worthwhile pickup for a US collector, a thumbnail collector, or anybody who fine single crystallized examples of species.
