Item Description

This gem was found in the Burmese gem gravels where there is a wide array of gems in the various streams where miners spend all days sorting for these little treasures. This "Concave Emerald" cut gem is virtually eye clean with a lovely yellowish-green hue. There are only a few world localities for gem Peridot, despite the fact that this is a well known gem. The best of the Burmese gems are some of the most vivid and impressive Peridot stones that I have seen.
