Item Description

I would like to point out that although Peridot is well-known in the gem world, fine crystals are not terribly common on the market. Going back more than 20 years at this point, the most production locality for fine Peridot crystals is Sapat Gali in Pakistan. The best of these crystals certainly rank among the top examples of gem quality crystallized Peridot ever found, and the quantity has been greater than any other Peridot locality I can think of worldwide. This specimen is a very attractive thumbnail featuring a well-formed, gemmy, lime green color crystal of Peridot with a bit of surface etching, creating a very pleasing appearance. Good condition all around, no major damage that I can see.
