These pentagonite specimens are truly one of the most exciting recent finds from the Deccan Traps in India. Undoubtedly the very finest pentagonite specimens in the world occur at this locality. This striking and aesthetic piece features a large cluster of beautiful, sharp, intense neon blue, "tree"-shaped, aggregates of gemmy pentagonite blades well-placed on the sparkly, nubby stilbite matrix. A very showy and good quality specimen of this extremely rare (and underappreciated) material. These specimens represent the best of the species, and eventually will no longer be found. Valued at $250-350 for the large spray of high quality and it displays beautifully from three sides.
