Pendant, Tri-color Tourmaline crystal with a 14kt Yellow Gold cap

Tourmalines are some of the most diverse and popular gems out there. They're one of the few gems that occur in natural multicolor stones as well. This pendant feautres an un-faceted, natural TRI-color Tourmaline crystal from Brazil, which is mounted with a 14kt Yellow Gold cap. The crystal shows a beautiful pink color at the top, which grades into a distinct colorless zone, and a lovely blue-green shade at the termination. I have to say that these tri-color Tourmalines are becoming harder and harder to find these days, and this is certainly one of the VERY few mutlicolor Tourmaline pendants that I have offered in the auctions.
