Pendant, Spodumene crystal with a Sterling Silver cap

Spodumene is one of those gems/minerals that comes in a great variety of colors, but rarely in gem quality material. There are actually only a few worldwide localities that produce transparent Spodumene in any quantity. This pendant features a very gemmy, lustrous, silvery colored Spodumene crystal with an attractive and sculptural "sawtooth" termination, which is set into a Sterling Silver cap. The piece comes as is WITHOUT a chain, but the bale is large enough that you could easily fit almost any chain through it. A very attractive and one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Somewhat difficult to photograph, but attractive in person.
