Pendant, Rubies in Sterling Silver (made and signed by Brett Kosnar)

Burmese Rubies are one of the most storied gems in the world. This country has produced what are some of the finest gem quality Rubies extant. These are also some of the most popular Rubies in the world. This Sterling Silver pendant was designed and assembled by Brett Kosnar in December of 2010. It features five bright, strong pinkish-red color, "Round" cut Rubies with good clarity which are channel-set into the pendant. Under halogen lighting, the Rubies are more of a red hue, but a bit more pink under incandescent lighting. The piece is elegant and simple, with a smooth geometric appearance. On the reverse side of the bale, you can see Brett Kosnar's signature as illustrated in the photos. A very pretty pendant with good quality stones and an attractive design. Keep in mind that Ruby is the birthstone for July, and this would make a great present for somebody with a July birthday. A beautiful, custom-made piece of jewelry.
