Pectolite is one of the many signature species from the famed Poudrette Quarry and this is a very aesthetic and dramatic solid piece of pectolite. Pectolite is the calcium analogue of serandite. This outstanding example is dominated by the very large for the species sharply terminated crystal. Crystals rarely reach 2.0 cm and this vertical monster is 3.3 cm tall! The basal, horizontal terminated crystal is even larger, at 4.8 cm. A rare, important and rich Poudrette pectolite with extremely large crystals. Value??
