Famous Paraiba Blue tourmaline (elbaite with some copper content) is the rarest and most valuable tourmaline varietal in the world. These elegant, completely gemmy crystals have incredible, rich teal-blue color. It has trace copper only, yet has the color of cuprian rosasite. Although small, these are gem crystals that gram for gram are very fine. 2.81 carats total gem weight, 1.58 and 1.23 carats each. Valued at $300.
