Paratacamite & Malachite on Quartz(rare combo)

Item Description

A 5 mm, sharp, highly lustrous, dark green, paratacamite crystal is jauntily set in a cleft near the pinnacle of the quartz point matrix. A field of chatoyant, radial clusters of malachite needles is a super accent. Slight bruising to the paratacamite is noted, but certainly has minimal impact to this showy and uncommon combination specimen from the 2006-2007 finds. It could easily trim to a fine thumbnail, too.
