Item Description
Fine example of the rare borosilicate Oyelite, associated with the equally rare Gageite. The habit is classic Oyelite - sharp, clean white 1 mm spheres well distributed over the mineralized surface. Intergrown with the Oyelite is brown, 'felted' Gageite, a rare hydrous manganese silicate. While not the most elegant of specimens, it is a quality miniature with the association of two rare species.
