Item Description
An aesthetic, parallel-growth plate of columnar, sharp orangy-tan orthoclase crystals is nicely accented with smaller orthoclase crystals and a couple of quartz points from this Sardinian locale. Very fine Sardinia material from the Giancarlo Fioravanti Collection and obtained in a trade in Sardenia in 1970. Quartz and orthoclase combinations are VERY RARE from the Arbus area localities listed in MINDAT.
