Orthoclase (rare color)

This Feldspar species is not often seen in gem quality material from any locality. Fine Orthoclase stones are only found in a few places in the world, and clean stones (especially this size) are not common. This gem is nearly eye clean, and is one of the better Orthoclase stones that I've had to offer in a while in the auctions. It has a beautiful "Pear Brilliant" cut. The most significant aspect of the gem is that it is not colorless or even yellow, but it actually has a very slight pale greenish-blue color. This color is natural and confirmed, it's the real deal, don't miss out.
