Item Description

A gorgeous, juicy, burnt-orange, 2.0 cm, orpiment crystal is very attractively set in the vug lined with calcite crystals on this showy and classic combination miniature from Utah. Specimens of this combination quality are not that common. Probably older material, but no proof. The label says the Ophir Mine, but this is incorrect. Valued at $250.
