Item Description
Classic and aesthetic Quiruvilca orpiment from the 1970s heyday at this famous mine. The form of the burnt yellow-orange crystals with super waxy luster is striking. This two-sided cutie has a distinct biomorphic look with the uplifted head, large ears and nose. A miniature Peruvian armadillo? Specimens of this artistic quality are very uncommon.
