Item Description
Mineral specimens are very uncommon from this extinct mine, that was active from 1964-67. Realgar and calcite combinations are VERY RARE. A thick calcite lens in the large hefty layered sulfide and calcite matrix hosts numerous lustrous, orange-red, Realgar blades to 1.3 cm on all three sides of the triangular piece. Rare, rich and showy combination material self-collected by Art Soregaroli in 1989.
