An AESTHETIC and RICH cluster of extremely lustrous, golden-orange, gemmy orpiment crystals with chisel terminations on a 3-dimensional matrix from the 2001 find at the famous Twin Creeks Gold Mine of Nevada. This gorgeous piece is from Cut 62 of the mine, one of the major producing areas. This FINE specimen is PRISTINE. Twin Creeks orpiment of this quality is comparable to any worldwide locality. The original dealer label has a $450 price tag. The value today is $600-800, at least. Pieces of this quality only come from recycled collections.
