Item Description
Orbicular Jasper is typically multi-color, banded Jasper featuring "orbs" in its interior. It's usually found around rivers, streams or coastlines. The material forms in radial aggregates where small "seed" crystals of Quartz or Feldspar create the rounded shapes seen when these stones are cut and polished. Here we have a beautiful matched pair of Orbicular Jasper (River Jasper) stones with warm pinkish-orange and brown hues and eye-catching internal patterns. The stones have "Oval Cabochon" cuts.
