Orange Quartz

Item Description

An excellent, very showy cluster of three, sharp, intergrown quartz crystals from Dalnegorsk, Russia. These lightly frosted, damage-free, translucent crystals look rose-red, when light is shown on the front of the specimen, but are a more orangey hue, when backlit. Two of the spires are preferentially coated with drusy quartz on their backsides. Very uncommon in this size, quality and color from Dalnegorsk. Valued at $500 by previous owner.
