Orange Creedite (Zigras Coll.)

An absolutely adorable creedite miniature from the James Zigras Mexico Collection. Two "balls" of intergrown, gemmy, colorless to burnt-orange, creedite crystals are elegantly set on both ends of the starkly contrasting white matrix. The variable crystal size is remarkable and adds real pizzazz to this specimen. The scattered broken crystals on the balls are barely noticeable and are certainly not a detraction to this super two-sided piece. This is undoubtably the most aesthetic miniature we have handled of this material.
