Orange Creedite on Quartz & Fluorite

This is certainly the most unusual, yet showy, large orange creedite specimens we have offered at auction. Most Mina Navidad orange creedites are just creedite or have just a bit of attached fluorite. The two, striking, intergrown creedite balls on this large piece rest on a crust of milky quartz, that has embedded pastel-green fluorite! A contact is noted and there are some scattered broken crystals, but they certainly have minimal impact on this very impressive mounted, two-sided creedite. This piece is from the more recent finds, as the gemmy crystals are larger than earlier finds. Purple fluorescence. Very nifty.
