Item Description

A very cute creedite ball covered with large, gemmy, light-orange to colorless blades from the recent find of August, 2009. The striking large blades reach 2.0 cm. Good creedites were rare and expensive from ANY locality, until these orange ones were found in Mexico. Suddenly, you could own a really fine creedite without selling your house to get it. This is a beautiful and aesthetic specimen with very few broken crystals. The is an excellent, near floater cluster of creedite, with only one small point of attachment on the base! This is a very showy, puffball-like cluster of creedite crystals. The creedite crystals in this find are generally larger and gemmier, than earlier finds. STRIKING. For the size, this is a good one, with very prominent spines.
