Item Description

A very cute specimen of two, connected intergrown balls of creedite and covered with large, gemmy, light-orange to colorless crystals from the NEW find of August, 2009. The large crystal is nearly 2.0 cm. Good creedites were rare and expensive from ANY locality, until these orange ones were found in Mexico. Suddenly, you could own a really fine creedite without selling your house to get it. This is a beautiful and aesthetic specimen with very few broken crystals and is an excellent floater cluster. This is a very showy, puffball-like cluster of creedite crystals. The creedite crystals in this find are generally larger and gemmier, than earlier finds. I especially like the way the gemmy, larger crystals dominate the piece. STRIKING.
